Is this website a wiki?

This website runs on MediaWiki software, which is the wiki software used by Wikipedia. This might give the false impression that the website is a collaborative wiki. But in fact only registered users of this site can edit pages, and the only registered user at the moment is Michael Slattery. This site is thus a personal wiki. (Loic Lemeur recently tweeted that personal wikis seem like "totally a thing of the past.")
